The City of Albuquerque offers eight free building plans for casitas, also known as accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and Builders FirstSource offers the materials for the casitas in pre-priced building packages to make the construction of the casitas as easy as possible.

We provide the materials you need, from pre-cut wall panels and high-quality trusses to doors, windows, trim and expert advice.
