“While Spencer's position is technically inside sales, that is hardly the only "job" he completes on a daily basis. One of the first guys to the yard in the morning, his day starts by taking care of outstanding quotes, orders, emails, etc. that he could not accomplish while taking the numerous other tasks during normal operating hours. When we are missing guys in the yard, Spencer gladly volunteers to pull orders. After working many years in the yard, you would think he would welcome the creature comforts of being inside. However, instead of being in the air conditioning, Spencer prefers hiking his sleeves up to get things done. If he, had it his way, he would punch the order, pull the order, and deliver himself too. This yard is full of hardworking guys and gals like Spencer, but his work ethic is truly admirable.”
